... that will be even more powerful than the fire of the apostolic days. This movement will be heralded by people rightly trained, to reach the cities as God would have them reached. The Lord is calling for young men and women who will take up this calling to be the trail-blazers in this finishing work. We need those courageous to be industry-disruptors - to think outside of the box; to refuse to settle for the status quo.
“To restore in man the image of his Maker, to bring him back to the perfection in which he was created, to promote the development of body, mind, and soul, that the divine purpose in his creation might be realized—this was to be the work of redemption. This is the object of education, the great object of life.”
...a personal relationship with God
...characters for this life and the life to come
...our talents for our divine purpose

This phase focuses on helping participants become aware of the unique talents God has entrusted to them. Through various activities and reflective exercises, students will explore their individual strengths and understand their role in the Great Controversy. This foundational period is designed to set the stage for personal and spiritual growth, ensuring that participants are well-prepared for the subsequent phases of the program.
During the exposureship phase, participants will gain hands-on practical knowledge across the various functional areas of the Paradise Network. This immersive experience includes working in different departments such as agriculture, health, education, and more. Through targeted exercises and real-world applications, students will identify which areas best align with their God-given talents and interests. This phase is crucial for helping participants find their niche and understand how they can contribute most effectively to the mission of Paradise.
Building on the knowledge gained during the exposureship, participants will select a project that aligns with their personal learning goals and talents. This project-based learning approach allows students to apply theoretical knowledge to practical challenges, fostering innovation and problem-solving skills. By working on a project that resonates with their interests, participants will gain deeper insights and develop specialized skills that will be invaluable in their future endeavors.
Collaboration is a key component of the Paradise H.O.M.E. experience. In this phase, participants will work together on various evangelistic and health outreach projects. These group initiatives are designed to promote teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. By engaging in community-focused projects, students will not only enhance their practical skills but also make a tangible impact on the lives of others. This collective effort underscores the importance of service and reinforces the mission-driven values of Paradise H.O.M.E.

The whole training is three years long, depending on student skill level, needs, and goals. The foundation program is one year long, which focuses on understanding purpose, recognizing abilities, and honing skills through project based learning. The advanced program extends into two more years. Year two is an internship under guided supervision within a chosen field, and year three is a master apprenticeship with specific mentorship toward starting another outpost system or ministry venture.
Whilst we encourage the growth and development of all ages, this training is designed specifically to equip a generation of youth as outstanding pioneers and leaders in the work for this time. The minimum age should be at least 18, and the maximum age is 35. We will always remain open and prayerful to potential exceptions to these restrictions - this will be considered on an individual basis.
Each student must be fully fluent in English, as the training will be conducted in English.
We expect all students to dress modestly and appropriately for working alongside the Paradise family and the surrounding community. As missionaries, we expect you to set an example, and therefore maintain the principles of Adventist dress reform as our standard of requirements - modesty, simplicity, role distinction and beauty. We encourage the ladies to wear dresses, and the men to cover their limbs. We welcome questions for more specifics, please feel free to reach out.
We do not require any formal education, however we expect you to be at an adult proficiency level in terms of reading and writing.

There is an application fee of $500, which covers initial administration and resources. For the rest of student tuition, there is no upfront payment, as we will be following the Madison model of learning. This means the students will mainly be taught through practical, hands-on work, which will be a major benefit towards student development, and it will also serve as the exchange price for their housing and instruction because it will simultaneously generate income for the Paradise Network. Students can expect to spend half of the working day in useful labor.
Students will be expected to cover their own travel expenses to and from Paradise Home. If travel or medical or insurance is desired, the individual student is expected to cover this cost. Whilst at the training, Paradise will provide for all essential living necessities and regular outgoings. Anything outside of these necessities will be at the students own expense. For more details please reach out to speak to us directly.
Completed applications will be reviewed by the admissions committee. The review process can typically take two weeks, after which candidates will be notified of the official decision via call.
